Sam's Club: Digital

Rockfish had the unique opportunity to create an entire digital ecosystem for one of the largest retailers in the country, Sam's Club. We engaged each of the Sam's Club digital destinations, all while they were continuing to interact with and service Members. This began with social, with a new facebook page and establishment of @samsclub on Twitter. Capitalizing on this success, Rockfish then moved on to Mobile, engaging members through more than the "large screen." To monitor this digital ecosystem, Rockfish developed dashboards for key performance indicators across all digital channels, rendering key metrics through methods that provided immediate insights and clear next steps for the business. Today, through a fully functioning and monitored digital ecosystem, Sam's Club has migrated from one-off to 360-degree campaigns, surrounding the member with valuable and relevant messages. Now heralded as a digital innovator, Sam's Club is reaping the benefit of 10x Facebook page activity, double the number of followers on both Twitter handles and 60,000 mobile app downloads in just the last 5 weeks – statistics that mean real revenue, as multi-channel members spend 150% more than average.
