Historically, BUNN has been known as the premier producer of commercial grade coffee and tea equipment. They now offer a line of commercial grade brewers for the at-home consumer and wanted to grow unit sales and brand awareness for this line of their business. To improve their e-commerce experience, BUNN enlisted Rockfish to merge the shopping cart from both of their at-home sites, mycafe.com and bunnathome.com, in order to create a cohesive, user-friendly shopping experience. During this time, Rockfish embarked on a multi-channel campaign that utilized organic search optimization, online videos, search engine marketing, and development of an affiliate network. We also deployed holiday themed messaging to help BUNN capitalize on the biggest sales season of the year for their category. Launched in mid-November of 2011, the e-commerce enhancements and holiday campaign have shown positive results, including a dramatic upsurge in site traffic stemming from organic search and an increase in overall unit sales.
